2. Products and Handmade Nature

All pieces are handmade. Small variations in color, shape, texture, or patternare natural and part of the craft. These variations do not constitute defects.

3. Prices & Taxes

All prices displayed include no VAT, under the Portuguese VAT Exemption Regime – Article 53.º.
Prices may change without notice.

4. Payments

We accept: Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link by Stripe.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only after payment is confirmed and you receive an email confirmation.

For custom pieces, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

6. Shipping

We ship to Portugal and the European Union only.

If you’d like to suggest other countries, please contact us. This is subject to change.

Processing time:
– Ready-made items: up to 2 business days for dispatch; delivery within Portugal typically takes 1–3 business days, and up to 8 business days within the EU (varies by country and carrier).
– Custom pieces: up to 4 weeks for production, plus up to 8 business days for delivery.

Delays caused by customs, carriers, or postal services are outside our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

You may return ready-made items within 14 days under the Right of Withdrawal after delivery, if:
– the item is unused, unworn, and undamaged
– it is returned in the original packaging, including all tags, postcards, paper, and other elements

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Made-to-order and custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges are available for customers in Portugal only, for items of equal value or store credit.

8. Age Policy

Purchases are intended for adults, but you do not need to be 18+ to place an order.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, texts, and works on this website belong to Joana d’Arq. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, misuse of products, or damage occurring after delivery.

If your piece becomes damaged during use, please contact us — we may be able to offer repair services for a specific fee, depending on the case.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
